TPO and Shingle Commercial Roofing
This TPO and shingle roof was completed just last month for Sts. Joachim & Ann Care Service. We had to wait a few weeks for some friends to arrive with a boom lift before we could get these great images.
The building’s existing EPDM roof was removed in it’s entirety prior to the installation of the TPO (Thermoplastic polyolefin) covering from Carlisle-Syntec. Due to its color and highly reflective properties, Carlisle’s TPO membranes are Energy Star-qualified and Cool Roof Rating Council-certified. The owners of this building are looking forward to a reduction in their cooling costs for many summers to come!
Special attention was paid to the detailed TPO tie-in with the existing shingle-covered dome, the only portion of the roof visible from the ground.
