Malarkey Roofing Products
The Malarkey residential roofing portfolio includes traditional three-tab asphalt composition shingles, high profile laminate shingles and solar reflective shingles. All Malarkey shingle lines arrive from the manufacturer with an optional upgraded application of Scotchgard to inhibit the growth of algae.
The premium high profile laminate shingles are constructed from a modified asphalt compound. This rubberizing aspect of this compound increases flexibility and the weatherability of the roof. The Legacy and Northwest designs deliver outstanding depth and classic variations of shading.
The Ecoasis Premium are manufactured with solar reflective granules which create a cooling effect within the home. Ecoasis shingles are Energy Star rated.
